Refund Policy

Before you proceed with your purchase of the Mentorship Program, it is vital that you are fully informed and aware of our refund policy. This policy has been established to ensure clarity and mutual understanding between you, the Mentee, and me, the Mentor. Please read the following information carefully as it contains important details about your rights and obligations upon making a purchase.

  1. Access to Content and Resources: Due to the availability of the Program content, passwords, and resources, That Six-Figure Nanny adheres to a strict no refund policy. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for any portion of the payment made towards the Program.

  2. Acknowledgement and Agreement to No Refund Policy: By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the no refund policy, and confirm your understanding that no refunds will be processed under any circumstances. This is applicable even if you have not accessed any part of the course or have not attended any mentorship meetings.

  3. Freezes: You have 90 days to schedule your Zoom Consultation. If after 90 days, you will have to purchase the program again. If by chance you need to take a "nanny break" and you do not want to proceed with the program during the 90-day period, you can send us an email and we can put your mentorship on a freeze, in which you will be able to use it at any time outside of the 90-day expiration period. Emails need to be sent to user@thatsixfigurenanny.com with the subject line title: Freeze.

Please consider the terms of this refund policy thoroughly before finalizing your purchase. Your agreement to these terms is mandatory for participation in the Mentorship Program.
